I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to my requests for my baby shower on 1 Nov 09. I am quite happy with your company services, nice display and your guys are quite?efficient, except for Steam Hainanese Chicken that I have ordered, it was served together with cucumber and tomato, chicken turned sour after 2 hrs because of the cucumber. ?I would like to suggest not to serve chicken together with cucumber so that it will not turn sour.

Overall my guests had enjoyed the food.

A month ago, James & I held our wedding mass & lunch reception at Church of the Holy Cross, with Mum's Kitchen as our caterer. We are writing to say we were very impressed with the service, attention, small touches and quality of food provided by you & the Mum's Kitchen team. Several of your efforts exceeded our expectations, and since the wedding day until now, we have been receiving several compliments saying that the food we catered for the wedding was very good and that the kids' corner was very unique. I was very glad to be able to credit this to you and to recommend Mum's Kitchen to several other friends.   

Thank you for taking our special requests (kids' corner, layout of food in individual portions) and accommodating us when you could have said no, such as when we asked you for help to serve fresh soya bean milk cold which we ordered separately from a wholesaler. We were exceptionally impressed when we saw the layout of the kids' corner, and saw a kid running around with kids' cartoon paper plates!  Thank you for going the extra mile and helping us to provide a very memorable lunch reception for us and our guests, including the little ones. We appreciate all that you and your team have done and we hope to have the opportunity to use Mum's Kitchen again in future.

We've had alot of positive feedback about the food, especially the signature dishes like Otah, Mee-Siam & Laksa!

The food looks great and tastes wonderful too! I'm so glad that everyone's very, very happy with the food for the past 2 days!

I must specially thank your serivce staff - Mr Benny who helped us set up the , for being top-notch & very professional. He worked extremely fast, very meticulous and his displays were great and artistic.  This is the first time that everybody commented on how well laid-out the food was displayed! Please let him know that we really appreciate his efforts.  

I'll give you a call as soon as the cheque is ready! Once again, thank you so much for making this event a success for us! You'll definitely be hearing from us again, for many of our upcoming events.

Hi Salina,

I'll like to provide some feedback for our event last Friday.

The laksa was really good and I think everyone enjoyed it.
The chicken satay was very popular but the mutton was a little too tough.
The curry chicken was good but the quantity seems to be too little for 30 pax. Also they forgot about the baguette and in the end, only provided us with one very small loaf of bread (it's smaller than a standard loaf e.g. sunshine).

I do hope that these problems will be ironed out so we can continue business with you.

I have also checked with out accounts and we'll not be able to process the payment within 7 days. Hence I'll send you a personal cheque. Please advise who I should make the cheque out to and where I should post it.

Our apologies for the delayed Thank you message. Takes quite a while to float back down to earth. :) Would like to drop an email to extend our gratitude for helping us put together a lunch reception for our church wedding on 10th Jan, 2009 (Sat). The food and the set-up was good. Logistics went well too. Special note: the service staff in attendance was really good. I did not manage to get her name. She was a petite Chinese girl with great customer service skills. Will appreciate it if you could extend our thanks to her as well.

We will definitely recommend 'Mum's kitchen' should anyone require catering services. Once again, thanks for following up with us and meeting our numerous special requests. :) It was a pleasure working with you.
