I meant to write in a while ago and compliment Mum's kitchen for the wonderful meal we had on 18/9. My guests love the food - they were very fresh. My sis-in-law who normally does not eat fish finds the fish fillet very tasty and not "fishy". Thank you and compliments to the chef.
