I have faxed to you the feedback form for my function on 9 Oct 2004.

I would also like to thank you for making my function a success. The food is very nice, presentation and deco of the buffet is fantastic. Service staff are friendly and are very punctual to the timings.

Well Done. Will definitively choose Mum's Kitchen as the preferred caterer for my future events.

Will appreciate if you could keep me posted with any new menus and promotions during occasions as such christmas, new year and chinese new year.
