Dear Phoebe,

  On behalf of my senior commanders, officers & men, I
would like to thank Mum's Kitchen, especially
yourself, Darren, Benny & his crew for the excellent
service you all have provided from the quotation of
the menu before the event to the setting & clearing up
after the event. 

  The delicious dishes were a talking point of the
guests who were thoroughly impressed with the quality
of the dinner spread and had remarked that it was one
of the better dinner buffets they have had.

  I am sure I speak on behalf of my commanders,
officers & men that you all have played a critical
role of making the event a resounding success. I thank
you again as we look forward to more events that we
